Intern Program & Curriculum Manager (9625000)


  • Oversee Sales Intern’s experience, enablement, growth, projects, and work from end-to-end
  • Collaborate with sales, HR, D&I, and recruiting partners to build intern curriculum
  • Manage weekly assignments and projects for interns and their managers
  • Manage scheduling and bookings of training sessions, and facilitate content where applicable and needed. 
  • Meet weekly with interns and intern managers over the course of summer to oversee project progress
  • Maintain consistent communication between all intern stakeholders and pivot in real time based on feedback
  • Develop, manage, and distribute communications to articulate the learning paths between intern programs and full time roles
  • Leverage data points to create insights and trends on program KPIs
  • Manage intern final project KPIs, execution and success while providing touchpoints with cross functional partners and key stakeholders, including knowledge check points. 
  • Oversee program evaluation after completion of summer, including qualitative and quantitative feedback
  • Sponsor future recommendations based on program outcomes


  • Experience advising or working with undergraduate students preferred
  • Experience creating and curating curriculum preferred
  • Experience with human resources, L&D, Sales learning, college recruiting, or other career services industries desirable
  • Advanced computer skills, including MS Office Suite


  • Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience required, or combination of education and relevant experience; advanced degree desirable but not required
