Product and QA Associate
Support Product Management
Monitor and analyze user reports for feedback and bug-related trends
Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to shape, support, and execute product goals, by elevating the voice of the user as an input into decision-making
Works closely with Engineering and Product teams to identify human rating process weaknesses and makes recommendations on how to improve data quality
Inform workflow owners of tactical changes in order to drive data quality improvements
Monitor trends w/ QAs in workflows including edge cases, high priority escalations, and other considerations
Monitor, file, triage and track to completion all bugs and tool issues across broad workforce
Support Customer Success
Work closely with partner technical teams to identify issues with their apps and recommend possible solutions.
Work closely with internal teams at Facebook to ensure the right features are built to address partner needs.
Ensure great documentation and best practices are created to collaborate with partners
At least 1 year of enterprise / SMB customer-facing experience
2-3 years of professional experience
Experience with Excel and/or Project Management tools
Meticulous attention to detail.
Effective communicator - both in writing and in meetings
Basic understanding of SQL
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
