Enterprise Support Admin (9674329)

We are seeking an Enterprise Support Residency Candidates to assist our helpdesk teams in providing world class technology support to Facebook employees and jumpstart their career in the information technology. Our goal is to deliver excellent technical and non-technical support with outstanding customer service, satisfaction, and timeliness. Candidates must be passionate about technology, live for amazing customer service, and have the ability to thrive in a fast paced, high-pressure environment. Engagement Residents will work directly alongside our Facebook helpdesk technicians on end-user system support, hardware/ software troubleshooting, and problem solving at our walkup helpdesks, Field sites, and Help@ remote helpdesk. Familiarity with Windows, macOS, iOS and Android systems preferred. The overall goal of this position is to up-level the candidate's ability to work cross functionally, mentor incoming externs, connect with our office culture, and increase their technical skillsets to develop well-rounded IT professionals.
