Producer, Global Employment Brand (9822585)

Facebook’s Global Employment Brand Creative Team is seeking a Producer to manage and execute photo and video production in support of our employment brand strategy. In this role, you will produce photography/video content that positions Facebook as a great place to work and authentically communicates our unique culture to attract top talent.

The ideal individual for this role is a multi-faceted and innovative problem-solver and producer that has an eye for great creative work, talent, and the ability to deliver and launch initiatives on time, on budget, and on strategy. Additionally, the Producer must be a strong, clear communicator and a team player.

In this role you will:

  • Work with and set project schedules and manage calendars for highly specialized creative workers, including both internal creative teams and/or external partners
  • Liaise and discuss projects with internal clients - keeping them up to date on progress
  • Help identify and vet in region resources including, but not limited to, video vendors, audiovisual service providers and venues
  • Direct and oversee work of Video Production Vendors and Audio-Visual Support Vendors - supervising projects from conception to completion
  • Execute on the following: create POs, SOWs, NDAs, Communication, Project Tracking
  • Manage annual/quarterly/monthly production budgets and allocate resources accordingly
  • Coordinate Video Production and Photography Production shoots
  • Pre-interview talent to capture their story and determine if it aligns with the content strategy
  • Maintain and create new processes to improve workflow and job performance
  • Maintain Global quality standards for Video and Photo Operations
  • Review internal client requests and make recommendations to the Content Producer team
  • Easily step into the role of Executive Producer or Project Manager from planning to execution for any assigned shoot
  • Communicate and enforce Facebook standards, creating and defining new standards as technology and scope evolves


  • 5+ years agency or in-house production experience
  • Expert understanding of photo/video shoot processes
  • Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Audition, and DaVinci Resolve
  • Proficient NLE (Non-Linear Editing) editor (Premiere Pro)
  • Basic Production Sound Mixing knowledge
  • Proficient in color correction for Photo and Video Traffic management experience
  • A keen eye for detail and a critical mind
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert at managing client expectations
  • Comfortable in working in ambiguity and maintains a solutions-focused mindset
