Facebook is looking for a content marketing associate who is experienced and passionate about content development and project management. The ideal candidate will have experience at a high-profile brand, tech company, or agency, creating digital content marketing and project management. We are looking for an individual who can develop and deploy marketing and training content to Facebook’s influencer and consumer audiences, teaching them how to leverage Facebook’s platforms and products to build successful businesses and communities. He or she must be driven and have a relentless focus on growing sentiment for Facebook’s brand and awareness of our investments in the market, through ongoing content deployment. He or she must have experience effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and agencies. This person must exhibit excellent skills in brand building, content marketing, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical and display strong autonomy, communication, and organizational skills. This is a contractor position based at Facebook APAC headquarters in Singapore.
Drive and manage content creation for Facebook, with a focus on its influencer audiences.
Creation of marketing, training, and educational content including videos, presentations, newsletters, webinars, landing pages, and case studies aimed at influencer audiences such across policy, tech and media.
Partner with internal/external design partners to develop assets, content and brand voice (e.g. branding, presentations, physical space collateral, e-mails, ads)
Work with regional country marketing leads to deploy and localize marketing assets while applying consistent brand guidelines for global Facebook programs and investments.
Liaise with cross-functional partners across Policy, PR and Partnerships on project briefing and milestones.
Manage relationships with external vendors to develop content
Bachelor's degree or above required, preferably in journalism, marketing, public relations, communications, business, or related field
2+ years in high-profile product marketing, brand marketing, content development, or community management role, either in-agency or in-house.
Strong project management skills, with experience planning and executing marketing communications in fast-paced, often ambiguous environment. Attention to detail.
Experience crafting communications and marketing to business, startup, and/or developer audiences.
Global experience strongly preferred
In this role, you must be a self-starter, flexible thinker and outstanding communicator who is comfortable working across diverse teams and influencing different perspectives as you work across multiple teams including Marketing, Policy, Partnerships, and PR.
Excellent written and communication skills. Ability to distill benefits into clear and compelling marketing content aimed at influencer audiences.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Keynote
Strong startup/tech orientation, with a passion for the intersection of policy and marketing.
Team oriented—someone that is motivated by helping others as much as they are motivated about excelling in their individual role
Highly autonomous—ability to drive progress with little to no direct involvement from leadership
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines to meet
English proficiency is a must, additional APAC language(s) a big plus.
