Strategize and advise on business affairs matters for development, production and post production for Creative Shop’s global business.
Work with all cross-functional partners -- Legal, Finance, Sales Ops, FP&A and Revenue Assurance to create and administer best practices for Facebook.
Provide guidance on BA matters to Producers and Creative Strategists for projects.
Maintain global tracking mechanisms and grids and provide monthly reporting for Creative Shop Productions and Producer projects.
Develop operational workflow systems as needed for internal teams.
Manage and help troubleshoot Passthrough Production process from setup to wrap.
Train Producers (and other Creative Shoppers) on Creative Shop workflows, paperwork, payments and daily FB practices.
Work with internal counsel handling production legal, litigation, copyright and trademark, music, and rights and clearance matters.
Strong day-to-day management of Business Affairs Coordinator.
7+ years of contracts management, paralegal, or other comparable experience within a law firm or legal department
In-house legal experience or law degree is a plus
Expertise developed via experience working in or in connection with an Advertising Agency, the Advertising/Marketing department of a large corporation and/or the Advertising Sourcing group of a major corporation
Extensive experience in contract review, drafting and negotiating to include business, price and legal terms of a broad range of standard commercial contracts e.g. SOWs, PSAs, etc. while aligning with Legal with appropriate terms and conditions
Flourish and demonstrate sound judgment in and fast growth environment even in ambiguous situations;
Prioritize and use available tools to be highly productive and manage high volumes
Work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams
Project Management experience in a complex multi-project and multi-geography environment
