Facebook is seeking a highly-motivated, exceptionally organized Site Program Coordinator to provide coverage support to an office in Boston, MA. Candidates should be passionate about event planning and execution, and be able to track several concurrent projects with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. A successful candidate will have previous experience in Program Management and/or Project Management, or large-scale event planning and execution. This position will be a full-time (40 hours per week) contract role.
Local offsites, summits, employee development events, and fairs
Supporting the Site Lead on the ground during major events
Internal marketing of special events and trainings
Accounts payable as needed
5+ years of comparable coordination and/or management experience
Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
