Marketing Product Partnerships, Operations (8865731)

We're looking for a scrappy, creative do-er who can wear multiple hats across project management, marketing, and operations to enable flawless execution on a high-priority test for Facebook's Global Marketing and Sales Partnerships team in 2019.

Flawlessly execute on operational requirements of a priority initiative in Facebook's Partnerships organization, leveraging internal tools during incubation period and helping to build team's point-of-view on requirements for scaling operations more broadly

Project manage cross-functional initiatives across vendors, finance team, marketing, customer support, and partnerships teams

Aggregate existing materials, perform a gap analysis, and potentially create net new content materials to provide third-party partners with content marketing support

Perform inbound analysis on marketing material deliverables for partners

Ensure partners are delivering on contractual timelines with go-to-market activities

Develop surveys for determine product market fit of third-party partner solutions

Work with key partner managers to resolve unexpected technical outages, share context with relevant teams to help unblock, ensure that resolution paths are being followed by cross-functional technical teams


Project management experience + background working across cross-functional teams

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to produce original content to help both internal and external support teams train on new products

Experience in a marketing or product operations role

Growth marketing experience would be a huge plus

Technical understanding, and experience troubleshooting tech issues a plus
