Client Solutions Manager works side by side with a Client Partner on overarching strategy, leading day to day tasks which include: providing answers to product questions and assisting in product/tools education, providing troubleshooting support to resolve issues by investigating issue and managing troubleshooting process, identifying optimization opportunities, managing account creation process, submit and manage operational requests. This Client Solutions Manager role is aligned to the Travel Industry with a focus on Airlines, Tourism, Travel Agents and Performance/Retail activity.

Facebook Family of Apps and Services Advertising and Optimization Experience (mandatory)
3+ Years experience in digital media
Education: BA/BS degree preferred
Travel Industry to Experience Preferred
Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively on a team High intellectual curiosity and hunger to learn in ambiguous environment Excellent written and vertical communication Proven ability to be able to manage multiple work streams at a time with high attention to detail Advanced Excel skills and experience working with data preferred Strong passion for problem solving and customer service Passion for Facebook and general knowledge of advertising industry
