Sales Operations Analyst (9614388)

Help drive sales growth by identifying areas for expansion and improvement. Analyze key metrics. Coordinate with sales, accounting and marketing teams to develop and implement solutions. Coordinate with local, regional, national, and global sales teams to ensure sales planning and execution are met in a timely fashion and in compliance with best practices and relevant regulations. Create reports based on their analysis of sales data and present that data to others in their organization, including management. Communicate with sales account managers, and sales leadership. Assist sales teams with operational tasks, such as tacking of promotional activities, data analysis, operational execution, and help remove roadblocks for the account managers . Provide ad hoc analyses to understand spend vs forecast. Liaise with other teams, channeling information to the appropriate parties. Integrate, compile, analyze, and evaluate data on sales performance metrics, including trends for products.

  • Experience faciliating day to day operations of Sales team
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in business strategy, finance, analytics or sales operations in a consumer electronics environment
  • Project management skills
  • Advanced Excel efficiency
  • Strong attention to details and ability to work independently
  • Track record of managing and maintaining complex processes/records across multiple teams
  • Experience shifting priorities, while maintaining organization and control
  • Excellent communication skills to drive clarity and insight


  • B.S. or equivalent in business-related fields (Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering, or similar discipline)
