Creative Strategist

We are looking for a contractor to manage Creative Shop's role in a pilot initiative that will deliver education, tools and resources to our media agencies and FB marketing partners in Australia and New Zealand. Your role will span across project management, content development and delivery, 1:1 support and tracking/reporting. You will be responsible for doing a deep-dive into learning, building materials, hosting 1:1 consultations around creative, and helping to manage Creative Shop's role in live events. You will work with a cross functional team to implement our global strategy locally...insuring Creative Shop's offerings are are successfully delivered in the market. 

You are a concise and dynamic communicator, on-line, in-person, and excellent facilitator. 

Candidates must have strong consultative capabilities, a solid understanding of the media agency and creative agency landscape, what makes great creative on our FB family of apps, have a collaborative and innovative spirit, and must be comfortable working within a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment. This is a contractor role, located in our Sydney office, however travel will be required.


Act as main point of contact for this new pilot program for Australia and New Zealand

Work with our global team to insure successful delivery of Creative Shop's deliverables at a local level

Manage and host internal and external creative consultations with internal sales teams and third party agencies, to improve their creative on our FB family of apps

Learn and lead training of creative best practices on our family of apps to our internal Agency Partners, and to agencies

Deliver live and recorded presentations to agency partners and other large audiences

Help manage Creative Shop's integration into live events, insuring all deliverables are met

Work and manage vendors who will deliver on our live events

Track, analyze, package up and report results from the program

Help to evolve presentations and the benefits Creative Shop delivers to agencies based on key learnings

You’ll flex your creativity in a variety of areas; partner with your team to write scripts, art direct videos, write briefs, identify insights and build ideas, speak at events, mock up ads, impact product, develop content strategies….


Minimum Qualifications

5+ years experience

Experience in marketing, advertising, content/creative development

Experience with media and/or creative agencies

Knowledgeable about the advertising/creative industry

Organizational and project management skills

Knowledge in building narratives/pitches/marketing plans, etc.

Dynamic speaker, confident in front of large audiences

Excellent storytelling, verbal and written communications skills

Experience working in and influencing cross-functional teams

Willing to wear multiple hats, able to deliver high-quality results in an ambiguous and rapidly changing business environment

Experience with Keynote / PowerPoint essential

Open to domestic and international travel


Bachelors Degree or equivalent
