Sales Operations Analyst (INTL)

Duties

. Analyze unmanaged client account data to select accounts and/or partners that should be managed by a sales team based on predetermined criteria

·  Build well-balanced client portfolios for each new sales team member and partner with sales team leads to review and finalize each portfolio

·  Improve data quality of accounts in our CRM system

·  Work with sales team leads to understand vertical nuances and adjust account selection criteria accordingly

·  Document and update end-to-end account selection and data clean-up processes

·  Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to improve and scale the account selection and data clean-up processes

 

Skills

·  2+ years experience with data analysis

·  Digital marketing background

·  Experience working in Salesforce and CRM databases

·  Proficient in intermediate Excel (e.g. pivot tables, Vlookups)

·  Experience creating scaled solutions and working in a scaled environment

·  Excellent written and verbal communication

·  Detail-oriented execution style

·  Critical thinker and problem solver

·  Process-oriented

·  Fast learner and self-starter

·  Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

·  Receptive to open feedback

 

Education

. Degree and other education on exact sciences preferred but no required
