Business Marketing Manager (INTL)

We are looking for a business marketing manager to pilot our industry marketing efforts in the Benelux region. This position will be responsible for creating and managing high class innovative regional industry marketing initiatives in order to improve trust and communicate innovations. The position will be part of the EMEA marketing team, reporting into the Head of Marketing Benelux based on a 11 months fixed period located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.


Responsibilities / general

  • This position requires the experience in developing and scaling industry marketing and thought leadership programs across different markets in a very sensitive and difficult environment.
  • The candidate needs to be very savvy in communicating to C-Level, trade bodies and broader industry audiences in order to achieve a perception shift in the contract period.
  • As part of the EMEA marketing team the candidate has to be experienced in an international organization and needs to show excellent skills in stakeholder management.



Specific tasks:

  • Pilot and develop a robust executive audience program to strengthen our thought leadership efforts and improve brand perception of  the Belgian and Dutch industry in the contract period
  • Project management and development of regional content and live activations in order to reach the Belgian and Dutch industry
  • Develop partner advocacy initiatives in the contract period that helps driving our partner satisfaction
  • Stakeholder Management across multiple teams & markets
  • Develop and execute initiatives, which are designed to elevate brand preference across key audiences (e.g. clients, agencies, trade bodies)
  • Work very closely with the main business stakeholders. This will also include active collaboration within the EMEA business marketing team.
  • Define clear KPIs and develop scalable ways to use data and metrics to drive decision making and impact.
  • Implement measurement and reporting systems to support the above to proof the impact of the measures.



  • Bachelor and/or University degree
  • Experience in implementing thought leadership programs that drive positive brand perception
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in (B2B) marketing
  • Skillset of strategic thinking combined with a proven hands-on operational excellence
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience in building advocacy programs are a plus
  • Demonstrated capacity for business marketing operations in an Internet and/or advertising environment
  • Extensive knowledge of the advertising market & an existing C-Level/business decision makers network
  • Creative flair to bring fresh ideas to positioning and marketing activities.
  • Ability and passion to work in an international organization and in a high paced “always-on” environment
  • Fluent in English, Dutch and ideally French.
