Oversees and executes on designated projects on the Platform Partnerships team, primarily including operational workflows ahead of Facebook’s annual developer conference (F8). Manage the operational workflow and timeline for F8’s third party asset management workflow, to collect and document approvals required to use third party assets at F8. Develop project plans and facilitate resolution of all issues to reach project goals. Work with internal teams including stakeholders from Partnerships, Marketing, Legal, Product, and Product Marketing to educate them on the asset management processes and tools to make sure stakeholders complete required actions by defined deadlines. Coordinate, document, and assign tasks for the project’s team and stakeholders, and provide the team with direction and support. Track and report on the progress of workstreams to stakeholders, facilitate internal meetings to drive progress against goals and objectives, and communicate ongoing changes in tasks, goals, or performance. Monitor problems, provide solutions, and implement changes as necessary to ensure the project timeline is followed and facilitate resolution of all issues to reach project goals. Reports to the asset management workflow’s lead project manager.
• Work experience in Project Management with a demonstrated track record of delivering business value using technology solutions in high-tech operations space. • Proven project management, interpersonal, and communication skills, with high attention to detail. • Strong communication and coordination skills • Must be proactive with proven ability to execute on multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to collaborate with different individuals across the organization and within other geographies, and roll-up the sleeves in order to accomplish all necessary tasks • Strong organizational and time management skills • Familiarity with basic legal contracts, and/or Facebook’s Task and Contracts tools a plus.
