Facebook’s Marketing Partner Program (FMP) helps developers build products that make marketing on Facebook easy and effective. The Partner Solutions Manager will form part of a team responsible for driving the adoption of partner solution in Brazil, working closely with the Facebook sales teams and Facebook clients. The role will also identify and articulate opportunities for partner product innovation across key industry verticals and sales channels. The team leverages these technology partnerships to accelerate Facebook’s sales efforts, on a region by region basis. As a Partner Solutions Manager, you are expected to provide ongoing consultative support to Facebook’s sales team, clients and agencies. Partner Solutions Managers will work closely with the Global Partnership team fostering relationships with the most strategic partners to develop products and services related to marketing on Facebook, among other initiatives. The role will be based in Brazil
Represent the Marketing Partner program and the application of its solutions to key stakeholders throughout the sales organization covering regional, vertical and agency teams.
Be the leader for our program in region, working with sales leadership and account managers to identify new opportunities for partners.
Provide consultative services to Facebook sales and account management teams whose clients are implementing FMP solutions/tools.
Drive product adoption and provide ongoing education about new and existing Facebook marketing products, focusing on those that leverage APIs and other advanced technology.
Work with the customer facing teams of international partners in LATAM for go-to-market strategies and optimum service delivery.
Distill and surface market feedback to represent the requirements of the market internally with Global Product Growth and Partner Management teams.
Track KPIs of solution adoption and performance across different industry verticals and regions.
Liaise with the FMP Marketing team on region-specific, vertical-specific activity.
Consulting experience a plus;
Proven experience of analyzing complex business problems and presenting technology solutions for these at multiple levels from C-level though to functional managers.
Entrepreneurial, self-starter with strong communication skills and influence abilities.
Proven project management and quantitative/analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally.
Experience working remotely as part of a larger international team preferred.
Proven knowledge and strong penetration on marketing, agency and digital ecosystem.
Deep passion for Facebook products, technology and online marketing, ideally direct response or performance marketing.
Fluent English and Portuguese.
BA/BS degree preferred
Experience in digital media industry preferred
6+ years of client-facing experience in technical sales or partner management
