Creative Program Operations Project Manager

The Facebook GMS Partnerships Creative Team manages the ecosystem of companies that provides creative tools and services to maximize the performance of Facebook marketing for its clients. The diverse ecosystem spans globally and ranges from top global agencies to startup tech companies in developing markets, and works as an integral aspect of Facebook's multi-billion-dollar global advertising business.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on a highly visible, global programs for a diverse set of clients and partners. Projects area’s include program execution end to end, partner evaluation, performance management, and risk mitigation. As an expert in the program and creative partner ecosystem you will engage with cross functional teams as a partner advocate, drive project execution across multiple organizations, and work closely with the partnerships team on process improvement and strategy. You should also have a deep passion for data-driven problem-solving, product and tool enhancement, experience working with a variety of stakeholders, and feel comfortable in a constantly evolving environment in which you have to manage multiple streams of work.

Act as a dedicated project manager for the FB creative program team and coordinate across multiple work streams to execute against project plans and ensure operational excellence

  • Demonstrate capabilities to engage directly with partnerships, integrity, and company leadership on strategy and be able to pivot to granular detail within working teams
  • Display effective organization skills and manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities
  • Manage multiple global external vendors including overseeing multiple workstreams and managing deliverables
  • Promote, manage, and deliver the continuous improvement of project activities and delivery
  • Propose solutions to process and workflows challenges
  • Become an expert in the FB creative marketing partner ecosystem and be able to anticipate and mitigate risks to meeting project milestones
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Integrate and synthesize information from multiple teams, including product, legal and policy domain knowledge, in order to analyze complex issues, mitigate risks and solve problems
  • years of program/project management experience
  • Experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams from project initiation through close
  • Experience with creative problem-solving approach
  • Experience taking an analytical approach to solving business problems

Advanced experience with Excel and Powerpoint


  • Passion for Facebook and it’s suite of products
  • Experience working on legal, compliance, or regulatory affairs related initiatives
  • PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certification(s)

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Technology or a related field
