Workplace by Facebook's mission is to give the world a place to work together. Launched in 2016, Workplace is an enterprise communications platform that is used by over 30,000 organizations of all sizes worldwide to transform how they connect, collaborate and get work done. To help with the ongoing growth of the Workplace business, we are seeking a Marketing Manager, who is passionate about Workplace by Facebook and the role that a connected workforce can play in improving the productivity of an organization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Industry events marketing – Develop a marketing strategy, planning, organizing and overseeing execution of presence at industry conferences as well as partner events. Own execution of all marketing elements e.g. speaking sessions, content, social media marketing, digital promotion, assets / messaging at booth and post event tracking and nurture of events.
  • Webinar marketing – Own expansion of our webinar program to monthly thought leadership, customer and partner webinars. Manage the planning and day-to-day management of the webinar campaign creation process, including external agency relationship and campaign calendar. Ensure webinar content, digital promotion assets and post event nurture are aligned with goals.
  • Ensure that all assigned projects meet time and budget constraints while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with other teams including Sales, Partnerships and Customer Success to ensure that they are briefed on marketing programs.
  • Measure, document, and communicate the effectiveness of programs, providing regular reports and updates outlining quantifiable results including traffic, CTR, conversion rate, marketing qualified leads, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to evolve program performance through new program ideas, A/B testing, and/or additional optimization techniques.
  • Experience with content development, strategy and project management are requirements, and a key part of the role includes developing direct marketing copy.
  • 5-7 years of progressive marketing program management experience.
  • Creative, resourceful and solutions-oriented.
  • Strong analytical skills. Inclined to experiment, learn and iterate based on data driven insights
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial atmosphere; must excel under pressure and with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated willingness to work as a member of a team and interface appropriately and effectively to accomplish departmental goals and objectives.
  • Must be detail oriented, and possess strong organization and time management skills.
  • High degree of initiative and keen sense of urgency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively with teams across different timezones
  • SaaS, productivity software marketing experience is desired
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com, Marketo and other marketing analytics/ ops tools is a plus

BA/BS degree with strong academic background or equivalent experience.
