We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to drive creation of marketing content at scale for our lead / demand generation marketing efforts targeting small-medium businesses in [MARKET NAME]. You will be responsible for developing marketing materials that help articulate the value of signing up for a free 1-1 consultation with a Facebook Marketing Expert – Facebook’s free service to our small-medium business advertisers. To be successful in this role you should have 3+ years of experience marketing in [MARKET NAME], understanding of how to drive best in class lead or demand generation marketing content, and an understanding of how scaled marketing channels like emails, social and ads can be used to engage with advertisers.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing content strategy to support scaled marketing efforts to drive leads into Facebook’s free marketing strategy consultation service in [MARKET NAME]

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to identify, prioritize and produce consistent positioning and messaging

• Develop customer-centric content that inspires and educates businesses. Ensure content is compelling and integrated across channels including FB ads, emails, landing pages and more

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive messaging across the user journey

• Work hand-in-hand with designers and web developers to visually elevate the work

• Identify right levers behind successful marketing content and iterate on those learnings

• 3+ years of marketing experience in [MARKET NAME] within content/digital marketing, brand management, marketing communications, content strategy or a related field

• Experience with online advertising industry and lead or demand generation marketing

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with managing or creating content for paid online media

• Experience and willingness to create marketing materials and manage the creative process with designers and web developers

• Experience translating complex concepts into easy-to-understand language

• Analytical and problem-solving experience

• Experience adapting marketing materials based on data and insights

• Experience working in a start-up environment

• Team player

• BA/BS or equivalent degree
