Service Operations Program Manager (8903911)

  • Manage service process and repair quality to drive best in class results
  • Manage third-party-vendors to deliver best in class performance for reverse logistics through monitoring of key metrics
  • Drive new product readiness within the post sales network to include: materials availability, training, and repair entitlement
  • Manage finished goods inventory replenishment and transfer process

Top 3 Must Haves (non negotiables)

1. 5+ Years Operational Management Experience in service operation or manufacturing 

2. Drawn up service level expecations and established metrics

3. Project Management experience 


Wish List:

  • Manufacturing or Repair environment background 
  • Experience using Oracle software for scheduling 


  • Never worked in operations 
  • No interest or desire to be hands on. Role WILL require data entry
  • Wants to work remote

BS/BA Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience
