Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for implementing and managing Salesforce operations, functionality and act as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders (Media Partnerships).
Execute and resolve day-to-day tasks that enable the Media Partnership organization (business stakeholders) to run efficiently
Maintain data integrity of Partner set in Salesforce by performing analysis of defined rules and data exploration, and creating and conducting QA checks
Work closely with the Salesforce admin team to facilitate changes in Salesforce at scale; check changes requested for accuracy
Be a key point of contact for business stakeholders on all questions and requests related to Salesforce
Document and organize business flows to enable successful implementation of useful solutions to solve complex business problems by working across various teams, understanding the needs of our stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree required;
5+ years of experience as a business analyst
2+ years of Salesforce experience, including use of custom and standard fields and objects, workflow rules, data validation rules, and page layout changes
3-5 years of technology consulting or similar relevant industry experience
Candidate must possess strong organization skills who can multi-task and prioritize work load effectively
