Quality Analyst Lead (9465400)
Mountain View, CA
Works closely with Engineering and Product teams to identify human rating process weaknesses and makes recommendations on how to improve data quality.
On-boards, trains, and coordinates a small team of Quality Analysts on products and tools, as well as tracks productivity and quality of their work.
Leads Quality Analyst (QA) syncs and inform workflow owners of tactical changes in order to drive data quality improvements.
Monitor high-level quality initiatives across workforce to ensure continual quality improvements.
Monitor trends w/ QAs in workflows including edge cases, high priority escalations, and other considerations.
Monitor daily high-level dashboards including volume and labeling quality, making tactical adjustments as necessary.
Perform audits of QAs' work to ensure quality standards are being maintained.
Interpret data, analyze results and provide ongoing reports of QA work to improve data quality
Monitor, file, triage and track to completion all bugs and tool issues across broad workforce
Experience with Excel and/or Project Management tools. Meticulous attention to detail.
Basic understanding of SQL
Bachelors degree, or equivalent
