  • It’s your first day on a new job. What are the actions you take to learn what you need in order to ramp up on your responsibilities efficiently? What do you find to be the most important things to know in the first few weeks?
  • You support a team that relies on you sending regular allocation status reports in order to plan distribution of hardware to multiple destinations. They use a system to enter their shipment requests that allows you to build a dashboard on allocation vs. depletion, giving you status on units left in inventory. Logistics team sends you a weekly email report with on-hand inventory levels, decoupled from your system. Data in these two sources of information often do not match. Do you consider this to be a problem? If no, why? if yes, why and what actions would you recommend to resolve it?
  • When driving a project that will deliver a strategic improvement to a cross-functional process or system, what do you consider to be essential resources (material or immaterial) for you to be successful? How do you measure the success of your projects or initiatives?
