Engagement Specialist (INTL)

Responsibilities: 

  • Review all candidates submitted through Engage pillars for assigned areas;
  • RR, ER & TEP Tag & List all candidates per assigned tracking system
  • Use Boolean searching to search through strongest candidates first Aligned to Attract Team, POPShop & Lead requested priorities.
  • Support Attract activities – Branding & Events Review candidates per week through CR tool Review & manage all ER candidates within defined SLA’s
  • Share 40 TEP candidates to Recruiters per month
  • Reject unsuccessful candidates, update referrers, respond to escalations
  • Assign successful candidate to recruiter/ sourcer
  • Attend and contribute to Spotlight sessions & Talent Hunts

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience within a HR team;
  • Experience building strong relationships with Recruiting and XFN partners;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy, strong ability to navigate ambiguous situations and make decisions;
  • Capable of exercising independent judgment and discretion while utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate action;
  • Ability to interact with all levels of a professional organization;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, problem-solving skills.
