Our small business marketing team in EMEA is looking for a Marketing Manager to support our brand efforts, which include programmes to empower small businesses and equip more people with the tools and digital skills they need to compete in the new economy.
The Marketing Manager will manage core aspects of our programmes including brand campaigns to drive awareness, encourage participation and strengthen perceptions of the Facebook brand in local communities, aligned with our overarching small business and economic growth narratives. The successful candidate will be a collaborative, creative, and operationally-savvy marketer motivated by building large integrated marketing campaigns which drive measurable business impact and will bring considerable experience developing content for integrated marketing programmes, working with creative agencies, media planners and co-marketing with partners. This is a full-time role based in Dublin
Develop a creative platform with compelling and consistent messaging and deliver it across programme touch points.
Collaborate with our channel teams to define strategies for execution.
Partner with measurement & analytics teams to measure impact.
Manage budgets in partnership with the Brand & Progammes Regional lead.
Manage external agencies and work with internal teams to achieve the programme goals
5 - 7 years of integrated marketing experience.
Experience developing and leading multi-discipline cross platform marketing programmes.
Experience working for or with creative, media and content agencies.
Experience as a cross-functional influencer and partner.
Self-starter and ability to work in a fast-paced culture.
EMEA wide experience a distinct advantage.
English speaker and fluency in at least one other language an advantage.
