Publisher Solutions Marketing Manager, India

The Publisher Solutions team in India seeks a Marketing Manager for our Audience Network Business. This is a full time contract role that will be based out of our Gurgaon office and will report directly to the Head of Publisher Solutions, India.


 This person will be responsible for quarterly planning and managing digital campaigns,  events, localization and cross-functional collaborations across APAC. This individual will stay actively aware of the business priorities and needs and will provide ongoing and timely communication on progress and opportunities to key stakeholders in Sales and Marketing. This person will act as a bridge between the Global Marketing content team in the US/ marketing APAC team in Singapore and the India Sales team.  They will contribute to and support the development of client success stories, oversee localization of global assets and execute in-market events together with Sales. They will be expected to analyze data, identify gaps in market awareness, product penetration and create marketing strategies accordingly.


Excellent project management, organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills are critical to success in this position, as is a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a marketing/communications background and experience working in India/APAC region.  


  • Work directly with the Head of Publisher Solutions, India to understand the marketing and activation needs of the Audience Network Team. Build a plan to meet those needs using in-market events, XFN collaboration and centrally developed assets
  • Liaise with Global and APAC Marketing team on relevant content and 1 to many activities like webinars and events 
  • Manage and monitor progress of projects, events, case studies and outsourced localization along with related budgets 
  • Plan and execute DR campaigns for driving meaningful acquisitions
  • Event planning and execution responsibilities: Project management, overall planning, logistics handling, liaising with external agencies, invitation and registration page set up and management, internal stakeholder management, agenda and content preparation in partnership with sales, on-the-ground event management in partnership with 3rd party agencies
  • Identify key industry opportunities for AN presence, evaluating sponsorship opportunities (when required) + appropriate activation at industry events which may involve event logistics support in partnership with external agencies.
  • Provide consultative support in content, to sales team members speaking at external events
  • End-to-end management of the case-study process.
  • Analyse how marketing efforts are helping to drive business growth, where are the gaps, new initiatives that we need to undertake
  • Identify trends in terms of quality of inventory, verticals that are growing/declining, CPM/seasonality trends
  • Execute research projects for new initiatives that the sales team is thinking of undertaking

  Minimum Qualifications

  • APAC marketing background and/or experience 
  • BA/BS
  • Previous experience in Marketing, Digital, Data analysis
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical skills with proactive and professional approach  
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time 
  • Comfort with a fast-paced, always-on environment
