You will be joining the FRL Performance Marketing Paid Social Team. Who are we? A team of savvy, yet lighthearted marketing geeks who are excited about having a part in helping to build community and bring the world closer together through AR/VR.

About Our Dream Candidate


  • You know Facebook Ads Manager like the back of your hand. Asset Placement Customization, Dynamic Creative Optimization, split testing… you know where to find it or how to look up where to find it. 

    • Bonus: you are familiar with at least one other social advertising platform. 

  • You’ve personally trafficked and managed complex media campaigns. For context, we manage a high volume of media campaigns as an in-house team. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to translate media plans into campaign structures, organize trafficking spreadsheets, manage against a QA checklist, and more. 

  • You’re a performance marketer at heart. While we manage campaigns in service of both sales and brand building objectives, everything we do is optimized to performance goals and we try to build an ever-growing library of best practices through testing.  

  • You are an Excel / Google Sheets wizard. Vlookups, pivot tables, formulas. If the idea of making the numbers add up and analyzing data makes you a little excited, you’re probably our people. 

  • You’re comfortable working with cross-functional teams. We are all ambassadors of the team and relationships matter as much as the work. We’re looking for someone with a client service mindset to steward those relationships and even grow them. 



  • Traffic and launch paid social advertising campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, and Reddit. 
  • Recommend optimizations for active campaigns based on performance data and implement changes in platform. 
  • Develop reporting views in Google Sheets or Excel and communicate to partners. 
  • Update Paid Social lead on your assigned work streams in weekly team syncs. 
  • Drive special projects related to Paid Social performance as assigned. 



  • 3+ years of experience managing and optimizing (hands-on) paid social campaigns for B2C products in retail/ ecommerce businesses. 
  • Strong ability to conduct own analysis on channel performance, identifying optimization opportunities and using data to inform business decisions and experience.
  • Understanding of performance marketing best practices, such as retargeting, matching creatives to the appropriate placements, copy lengths and more. 
  • Strong communication skills. 
  • [Ideal]: Familiarity with ad measurement technologies, such as pixels, 3rd party tracking tags, ad verification and more.
