IT Support Analyst:

Looking for an IT Support Analyst to assist in the support of IT operations in Austin, TX. Our goal is to deliver excellent technical / non-technical support with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and timeliness. This position requires both sitting at a desk providing support to walk-up customers and desk-side support. Candidates must be passionate about technology and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Setting up equipment for new hires
  • Managing asset allocation using asset tracking software
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software across Windows and MacOS platforms
  • Providing support for O365 applications via administrative web console
  • Providing service, maintenance, repairs etc. for IT devices and peripherals (including printers)
  • Tracking inventory, cycle counting accessories and assets
  • Regularly stocking IT peripherals for customers
  • Administering employee mobile devices using mobile device management software
  • Driving communication, prioritizing and knowing when to escalate problems to onsite IT

Skills

  • Enterprise Office/Exchange 365 account administration
  • Previous experience deploying network based images
  • Previous experience managing workload through a task/ticket based support queue system
  • Experience deploying and troubleshooting Windows 10, MacOS, Android, and iOS at an enterprise level
  • Troubleshooting common desk/client-side network problems
  • Must be comfortable and able to lift, and deploy, 25lb desktop PCs and monitors at employee desks

 

Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
