Program Manager - Startup Accelerator, Facebook Connectivity (9880039)

Our connectivity products already serve hundreds of millions of people and drive substantial impact.

We are seeking an individual to manage FBC’s newest startup initiative. As a program manager, you will be responsible for working with connectivity startups and entrepreneurs in Facebook’s Startup Programs. Internally, you will work with world-class Facebook product and engineering teams, and collaborate cross-functionally with Policy, Marketing, and Partnerships to ensure FBC’s startup efforts are successful.

The ideal candidate will have strong program management skills, knowledge of the connectivity / telecom industry, and experience working with startups. 


  • Research and understand the innovation landscape in connectivity
  • Build and maintain relationships with organizations and individuals that are driving impact in the tech ecosystem
  • Work cross-functionally with FBC product, program, and cross-functional teams
  • Support application reviews, interviews, startup selection, and mentor matching for FBC startup programs
  • Design startup program workshops, leveraging FBC employees and ecosystem partners
  • Track, analyze, influence, and communicate key metrics to build opportunities and experiences that create scale and meaningful ecosystem value
  • Champion the startup programs internally and externally
  • Bring at least 3-6 years of experience in program management
