Reseller Solutions Manager

Facebook is seeking a Reseller Solutions Manager to work with Authorized Sales Partner (ASP) team in Latin America. This person will be accountable for managing the relationships with our sales partner focusing on developing the business in the market, education, and ideation directly with the ASP. It is important that you have deep knowledge in marketing communications and demonstrated experience selling cross-network online marketing solutions. You will work collaboratively with sales, operations, product, measurement and marketing teams to ensure we are meeting client and partner needs through strong partnership. This position is a contractor role and will be located in Miami.



  • Identify and build innovative marketing strategies to drive large advertiser and partner engagement through ASPs
  • Drive relationships and communications between ASP and Facebook, especially regarding cross-functional support and alignment
  • Work with sales, marketing, product, measurement and operations to develop ASP and partner strategy to maximize growth and build partnerships
  • Develop and implement programs to improve reseller experience and education through training, business reviews, and product updates
  • Provide solutions expertise and drive product adoption in our ASP ecosystem 
  • Interface with key players in the advertising community
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly changing and growing environment where the focus on process improvement is fluid and creative and unique solutions are desired



Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years' experience in a media rep/agency and/or marketing, strategy, and online advertising
  • Experience working with media rep/resellers/agencies in Latin America
  • Experience defining and communicating global marketing strategy and reseller strategies that align with business goals
  • Experience communicating with C-Level Executives and building relationships with key stakeholders across the advertising community
  • Knowledge of online business models and Internet/consumer technology, social media and vertical markets
  • Experience managing Direct Response advertisers/agencies/ eCommerce
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English

  • Knowledge of Sales Partners and media agency business models and experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and operations
