For customer and sales support

  1. Centralise all reseller related billing and SFDC related activities
  2. Optimise the process, document it and look for quick wins to automate aspects.
  3. Train teams on the ongoing execution of the process.

For partners and resellers

  1. Centralise all bounty payments and calculations 
  2. Optimise the process to the point of full automation
  3. Establish a governance/ audit mechanism to ensure ongoing compliance.
  4. Handover governance to team.
  • Basic SQL
  • Salesforce reporting and analysis
  • Process Optimization (Six Sigma)
  • Solid Excel and Powerpoint skills

Financial Operations background preferred
