The Office Technology Deployment team (OTD) is a global team responsible for deploying office technology into our new construction office builds around the globe. The office technology that we deploy includes: circuits and network, audio visual and video conferencing systems, end-user IT, digital way-finding, production events spaces, specialty demo spaces and more. We partner with teams across Enterprise Engineering to ensure we deliver technology solutions that enable employees to collaborate and work effectively. OTD is currently evolving and introducing business maturity that impacts the broader Facebook organization.


We are looking for a Project Manager to work with all of the cross functional teams within Enterprise Engineering to manage changes within our global technology standards.  This role will also be responsible for creating, tracking, and closing out all open tasks related to changes requested through our org’s change board.  This person will need to be highly organized, have extreme attention to detail, adapt quickly, and rapidly earn credibility and trust throughout the organization.  This position involves highly ambiguous, situational management that requires the ability to lead without authority.  They will exhibit great communication & planning skills, teamwork, motivation, and initiative.




  • Work with cross functional teams to ensure accuracy within the EE operations technology standards
  • Open tasks following the monthly change board to track progress and drive completion of all open issues
  • Partner with Portfolio Program Manager to maintain a change control process, documentation, and output
  • Responsible for driving end-to-end completion of all changes within standards, ensuring proper global alignment
  • Maintain a comprehensive change log for all changes to standards
  • Maintain the standards internal site in collaboration with the team’s communication specialist
  • Partner with Workplace Design to ensure proper visibility into tool development
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to identify scope, constraints, dependencies, and risks associated with any requested changes
  • Manage stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of changes
  • Effectively influence vertical sponsors and key partners to gain alignment

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in program management
  • 2+ experience with change management
  • Demonstrated ability to use critical thinking to achieve goals
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of Google Docs, MS Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with InDesign
