|Onboard new vendors, employees and internal transfers to the campus, provide orientation and tours; act as point of contact for incoming employees|
Ability to administer demos to guests and recruiting candidates if necessary.
Collaborate with local Event Coordinator to manage and execute onsite social activities to boost team morale.
Support set up for local Hackathons and VR Jams.
Partner with Learning & Development to bring classes to site.
Support Diversity initiative and events.
Collect feedback from team and event attendees to drive more inclusion & attendance.
Assist with documentation: creating presentation materials for all hands, managing internal wiki updates and tasks.
Manage swag ordering, inventory, and distribution.
Manage space planning with local Space Planning team including admins, facilities and IT logistics.
Assist with any new site openings to ensure a welcoming Day 1 experience for employees
Work with vendors, such as caterers and external events companies, to ensure all event needs are met.
General office support duties and manage multiple ad hoc projects.
Report on status, progress, and issues weekly to management and dependent team lead.
Other needs as arise in support of the team or as asked by Client Manager
