Provide on-the-ground and remote support for events all sizes hosting internal and external stakeholders.
Meet with clients to plan event and establish budget. Responsible for ensuring events stay within budget.
Own the relationship with events agencies, partnering to ensure deadlines are being met.
Request and review supplier proposals (catering, printing, A&V, venues, etc) for events. Present supplier proposals to stakeholders.
Supervise the set-up, running, and break down of the event, identifying and resolving problems that arise.
Collaborate with the LATAM admin team to continually refine best practices.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, tackling ambiguous projects and driving towards a solution
Presentation skills, proposing venues, catering options, and more to internal stakeholders
Strong communicator who is comfortable partnering with global teams and working across time zones
Ability to recap events with a critical eye, identfying areas for improvement
Previous experience running events of all sizes in São Paulo preferred
Previous expereince partnering with or working for an event agency preferred
3+ years of events coordination/marketing experience
2+ years working with cross-functional teams or stakeholders
Experience planning and coordinating events
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Spanish fluency a plus
