Research Participant Recruiting Coordinator (8406181)

  • Recruit Facebook employees to participate in internal research and working sessions
  • Schedule participants for research and working sessions and handle all logistics including booking facilities, workshop material/resource purchasing, room preparation, note taking, etc.
  • Communicate research session details to stakeholders and ensure proper observation channels are set up
  • Ensure compensation is delivered to participants
  • Track and log participants in a centralized database
  • Work collaboratively with participant recruiting and research teams
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment


  • Experience with scheduling and calendar management tools
  • Experience with using online collaborative document/spreadsheet tools
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments
  • Flexible and able to quickly react to last minute changes
  • Be proactive, self-directed, and take direction
  • Understand how to assimilate in a new group with a proven record of solid connections and successful relationships
  • Demonstrated work ethic
  • Organized and detail-oriented

  • B.S. or B.A. preferred
