[Pivot] Partner Development Coordinator II

·         Data management in support of partner programs

·         Salesforce data maintenance

·         Support inquiries and requests for more information from prospective partners

·         Work closely with Partner Development Managers to understand and capture outreach requirements

·         Assist in the development of materials to support partner program

  • Manages relationships, including establishing partner communication and outreach, sharing best practices and addressing operational needs.
  • Creates and executes partner program processes in order to support global partner managers
    • Including maintaining hub for educational materials, weekly highlights, content examples
  • Active participant in key cross functional workstreams to operationalize global partner manager workflows

 

 

 

  • 1+ years of experience in an account management, online operations, technical support, project management or product support environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally, both internally and externally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus

 

  • B.A. or B.S. degree
