There continues to be massive potential for Facebook in partnering with the China gaming ecosystem and playing a hugely strategic role in helping export games to the global market.
As we enter the next phase of growth and our aspirations towards scaling into a billion dollar business, the GCR Gaming team is seeking to hire a Business Program Manager that will work closely with the leadership team to evolve the approach we take in operating holistically. This will include refining our business management systems and workflows, strengthening our account planning and execution sales motion, and driving key projects across our broader cross-functional stakeholders. The Business Program Manager must have the ability to think strategically with a strong grounding in data while also understanding the nuances of operational practicalities. This position requires extensive cross-group coordination at multiple levels, excellent communication skills, the ability to build compelling internal & external presentations and comprehensive business review materials.
Direct accountability for effective design and implementation of the GCR Gaming business management workflow and rhythm of business
Coordinate across multiple internal cross-functional teams to drive progress on key business projects/initiatives including the development of detailed project plans & timelines
Gather, analyze, and interpret data to deliver key insights which will shape the mid- and long-term strategy for the business
Work closely with the sales team to plan the LT engagement calendar including in-market client engagements, critical internal & external business reviews, and visits from key stakeholders from the broader executive leadership as well as product teams
BA or equivalent 4-year degree required; MBA preferred
5+ years working in a complex professional environment; Experience in business management, Chief of Staff, business operations, and/or sales operations a strong positive
Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analytical skills required, including the ability to analyze multiple sources of data and delivery recommended actions based on analysis
Highly structured thought-processes and disciplined operational approach; Candidate needs to be extremely organized
Proven track record of business management responsibility, organization agility, and strong business acumen
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities; Ability to engage cross-culturally in both a Chinese and Western environment; Fluency in both English is required. Fluency in Mandarin (Preferred)
